We are seeking a Marketing Automation Developer to support the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across leading marketing automation platforms. This role is responsible for campaign orchestration, audience creation, campaign development, CRM integrations, automated workflows, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate combines marketing operations experience with technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and marketing automationtechnologiestodeliverhigh-quality,data-drivencampaignsandcustomerengagementsolutions.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, develop, and deploy marketing automation campaigns, including workflow setup, audience segmentation, CRM integrations, and campaign execution.
Translate marketing requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams and evaluating campaign feasibility.
Review, interpret, and implement campaign requests while ensuring accuracy and adherence to requirements.
Develop end-to-end campaign assets, including audience creation, personalization, dynamic content, forms, landing pages, and email experiences.
Troubleshoot issues related to campaign execution, personalization, dynamic content, URLs, and overall campaign functionality.
Create and execute test cases and quality assurance processes to support user acceptance testing (UAT) and campaign readiness.
Monitor campaign performance, support reporting configuration, and identify opportunities for campaign and coding efficiencies.
Manage delivery expectations, communicate project status, identify risks, and escalate campaign-related issues when necessary.
Required
2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, marketing agencies, or marketing service provider environments.
Experience with at least one marketing automation platform such as Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Responsys.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and code validation practices.
Experience developing responsive email and web templates.
Knowledge of responsive email development and ADA accessibility best practices.
Experience performing campaign QA, troubleshooting, and email testing using optimization tools.
Experience with third-party code implementations and email compliance requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Client-facing delivery experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong documentation and prioritization skills.
Minimum required education: High School Diploma.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
Experience supporting clients across industries such as Life Sciences, Retail, or Financial Services.
Experience with complex marketing automation programs, including API integrations, SFTP processes, abandoned cart campaigns, welcome journeys, deliverability, IP warming, and spam management practices.
