Drive incident and outage management, ensuring timely investigation and restoration.

Monitor systems and analyze trends to enhance performance and prevent future incidents.

Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments.

Operate information technology production services in alignment with established protocols and service level agreements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
