Can deploy infrastructure and platform environments, creates a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance.\nMust have skills : Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture\nGood to have skills : NA\nMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required\nEducational Qualification : 15 years full time education\nSummary:\nWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Functional Lead to lead functional design, implementation, configuration, testing, and delivery activities for Oracle Utilities CC&B solutions.\nThe candidate should have strong experience in the Utilities domain and comprehensive knowledge of CC&B business processes, including customer management, service management, billing, rates, payments, meter management, collections, and financial transactions.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nLead the functional design and implementation of Oracle Utilities CC&B solutions.\nUnderstand business requirements and translate them into scalable CC&B functional solutions.\nConduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops with business stakeholders.\nProvide functional leadership across CC&B modules including:\nCustomer Information / Person & Account\nPremise and Service Point\nStart/Stop/Transfer Service\nMeter and Meter Read Management\nBilling and Bill Segmentation\nRates and Rate Schedules\nPayments and Adjustments\nCredit & Collections\nDeposits and Financial Transactions\nCase Management / Customer Service\nField Activities and Service Orders\nDefine functional configuration requirements and work closely with technical teams for implementation.\nPrepare functional specifications, process flows, solution designs, and configuration documents.\nReview functional and technical designs to ensure alignment with business requirements.\nLead integration discussions between CC&B and external systems such as MDM, OMS, ERP, payment systems, and customer-facing applications.\nSupport data conversion and migration activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.\nDefine and review test scenarios, test cases, and expected results for SIT, UAT, and regression testing.\nAnalyze defects, identify root causes, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.\nProvide production support and assist in resolving critical functional issues.\nEnsure adherence to Oracle Utilities implementation standards and best practices.\nMentor and guide functional consultants and junior team members.\nCoordinate with offshore/onshore teams and manage functional deliverables.\nParticipate in client meetings, status reviews, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions.\nSupport project estimation, planning, risk identification, and delivery management.\nProfessional & Technical Skills:\nStrong hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B.\nStrong understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) concepts.\nStrong knowledge of CC&B functional modules and end-to-end business processes.\nExperience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Utilities CC&B implementations.\nStrong Utilities domain experience in Electric, Gas, Water, or similar utility industries.\nExperience in requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and production support.\nGood understanding of CC&B business objects, zones, algorithms, portals, batch processes, and configuration.\nExperience working with integration teams and understanding of interfaces/web services.\nExperience with data conversion and reconciliation activities.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work directly with business stakeholders and client teams.\nExperience with Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M).\nExperience with Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM).\nExperience integrating CC&B with ERP, payment, MDM, OMS, or other utility applications.\nStrong leadership and team-management skills.\nAdditional Information:\n- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.\n- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.\n- A 15 years full time education is required.\n15 years full time educationAbout Accenture\nAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services-creating tangible value at speed and scale.
