If driving the business and functional requirements of large-scale projects fits squarely within your digital wheelhouse, Accenture may be the perfect place to build your career.\nThe Work:\nPlans and perform analysis of commerce activities and/or functions and guides the subsequent design and implementation or improvement of existing commerce applications\nOffers suggestions and recommendations during commerce solution design and execution phase from a functional perspective to ensure business intent is understood by the project team\nServes as the bridge/translator between the business team and technical resources during development and implementation to ensure that requirements and dependencies are well understood\nProvides insights and recommendations around best practices and drives client team for optimal decision making across global digital strategy and governance\nGeneral understanding of the overall Application Architecture.\nOutlines pros and cons to solutions and showcases a forward-thinking approach for both short term and long-term business use cases\nProvides oversight across Analytics setup and configuration.\nDrives framework to ultimately interface and integrate with Third Party applications\nHelps to identify technical feasibility of requirements while calling out gaps and raising issues accordingly\nShows deep understanding and knowledge in Agile development as well as in User Story/Backlog management\nLeads and contributes to the definition of commerce governance procedures and business requirements, functional designs, and work flows for creating, managing and publishing a buying experience like no other.\nAssists with business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points through multi-channel applications \nMentor and coach team members by sharing perspective and knowledge of Commerce Management initiatives and maintaining open dialogue with colleagues and clients\nSupport the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members\nHere’s what you need:\n5+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies\n3+ years of experience coordinating projects, leading functional workstreams, facilitating functional discussions, and supporting scope and solution decisions for Commerce implementations.\n3+ years of experience deploying, implementing, or re-launching Commerce applications, such as Adobe Commerce (Magento), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or SAP Commerce (Hybris).\n3+ years of functional experience with eCommerce platforms and technologies, including Commerce business processes, requirements definition, solution design, and implementation best practices.\nDemonstrated experience with Composable and Headless Commerce concepts, architectures, and implementation approaches.\nA minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position.\nBonus points if you have:\nFrench language proficiency, both written and verbal.\nExperience gathering high-level business requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications and supporting documentation, including requirements traceability matrices, workflow diagrams, and use cases.\nExperience collaborating with UX/UI designers and front-end and back-end development teams to deliver integrated digital commerce solutions.\nExperience supporting multilingual and/or multichannel commerce implementations\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,\nrole, skill set, and level of experience.
