The role ensures compliance with immigration laws and company policies, delivers a seamless traveler experience, and drives accurate, efficient, and timely visa processing through effective coordination with internal stakeholders, immigration vendors, embassies, and government authorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide a holistic, efficient, and seamless immigration experience for all outbound travelers throughout the visa application lifecycle.\nManage end-to-end visa stamping cases, from initiation through closure, ensuring timely processing and compliance with immigration requirements.\nServe as the primary point of contact (POC) for immigration-related inquiries, guidance, and escalations.\nConduct visa eligibility assessments and determine appropriate visa pathways based on travel purpose, destination, and applicable immigration regulations.\nManage visa application processing, including both in-house case handling and coordination with external immigration vendors, where applicable.\nProvide clear and comprehensive guidance to employees regarding documentation requirements, application procedures, and submission timelines.\nReview employee documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with immigration and embassy requirements, facilitating successful visa stamping outcomes.\nInitiate and manage required immigration actions, including application filings, endorsements, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and case escalations.\nEnsure strict adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and country-specific immigration regulations, including EMEA and other countries immigration requirements, to mitigate immigration and travel-related risks.\nCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, project teams, business leadership, and Onshore Mobility teams, to facilitate smooth and timely case progression.\nMaintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date case records in the People Mobility Gateway (PMG) and other applicable systems.\nProactively manage case-specific issues, delays, and escalations, driving timely resolution and minimizing business impact.\nProvide expert immigration consultation and advisory support to employees and stakeholders to reduce compliance risks and prevent processing delays.\nCreate, maintain, and continuously enhance embassy and immigration guides for EMEA countries and other jurisdictions supported by the EMEA Team, ensuring that guidance remains accurate, current, and aligned with the latest visa, immigration, and regulatory requirements.\nMonitor changes in immigration laws, embassy procedures, and visa requirements, proactively communicating relevant updates to stakeholders and incorporating them into operational processes and guidance materials\nMust Have:\n\nAt least 3 years experience as an individual contributor in global mobility, handling OutboundPH visa and immigration cases.\nWorkload management experience\nMS Office (Presentation experience: PPT; Basic Knowledge in Ms Excel - Data Management)\nGood communication Skills\nCustomer-centric\nTravel Agency background (Visa & Immigration)\nIssue and SLA Management\n Good to Have:\nForeign services\nReporting/Analytics\nKnowledgeable in Pivot (Excel)\nProject Management\nStakeholder Management\nTools exposure - Service Now\nManaging APAC, EMEA and US Immigration process\nAbout Accenture\nAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services-creating tangible value at speed and scale.
