Client Quality Continuous Improvement Lead

Level: Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Client Quality Continuous Improvement Lead include:

Define and manage the global Quality Continuous Improvement initiatives plan, working together with the Market Quality teams and Reinvention Partner Delivery Leadership, to deliver organizational improvements to address Accenture’s primary root cause issues and emerging risks & continuously improve how we deliver client success

Collaborate across Accenture stakeholders / functions (Legal, Contract Management, Solutioning, Delivery, etc.) to share Accenture’s primary root cause analysis issues and emerging risk themes and identify and deliver applicable continuous improvement initiatives in those areas

Develop and rollout Accenture’s Quality Insights & Learnings, working together with Quality and Delivery Subject Matter Experts, to help Accenture teams proactively mitigate common issues and emerging risk areas on future opportunities and contract deliveries

Expand AI-powered solutions & the embedding of Quality Insights & Learnings into Accenture’s standard tools, methods, and processes to improve integration and expand automating and utilization by deal teams

Educational Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree

Job Qualifications

• 10+ years of business experience
• Delivery experience on Accenture engagements, specifically including Technology scope (SI, AMS, IMS), in order to support defining relevant and meaningful insights and learnings for teams.
• Critical thinking skills, ability to grasp the business, analyze data and provide insights correlating to the business
• Ability to analyze across a large pool of data and identify & define key insights, learnings and trends at a summary level
• Strong ability to author and present summary insights and actionable learning materials in a way that will be understandable and consumable by end-users / Accenture teams
• Excellent English oral and writing communication skills - all communications are in English
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a leadership audience - direct contact and interactions with Managing Directors and Project Leadership executives is required
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Collaborative working approach
• Process Improvement skills
• Experience with change enablement activities and helping users manage change
• Ability to prioritize and plan multiple work activities with accuracy in a timely fashion
• Ability to be flexible and adapt approaches and plans for changing priorities or business changes; strong focus on change management in navigating and implementing program changes
• Strong, consistent attention to detail and diligence in follow-up as may be required
• Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook), with significant expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
• Developing skills & experience utilizing AI to support and improve work products and processes

• Working knowledge or experiences with Accenture Quality programs and processes and/or Accenture Solutioning & Delivery Management processes
