Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align development efforts with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.

- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.

- Experience in designing and optimizing database models to support complex business processes.

- Strong knowledge of SQL scripting and performance tuning within SAP HANA environments.

- Familiarity with agile software development practices and modern development frameworks.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain system stability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
