Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong knowledge of quality management processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Quality Management modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in quality assurance.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Quality Management applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
