As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

- Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows.

- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet specific business requirements.

- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective software solutions.

- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management within SAP environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
