- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in developing and deploying marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and customer journey mapping.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and query languages used in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Understanding of data segmentation, personalization, and analytics within marketing platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our JPDC3A - NON-STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
