As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with organizational goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and efficient. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, fostering an environment where innovation and quality are prioritized throughout the project timeline.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality code and system performance.

- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.

- Strong knowledge of data pipeline design, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.

- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.

- Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling concepts.

- Skilled in troubleshooting complex data-related issues and implementing effective solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.

- This position is based at our Pune office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
