- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and integration within ServiceNow ITOM.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable ITOM solutions tailored to organizational requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective resolutions within ITOM environments.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration capabilities in ServiceNow ITOM to optimize operational workflows.
- Excellent understanding of performance tuning and monitoring within ITOM platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
