As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any technical challenges or risks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver complex projects.
- Ability to ensure code quality through rigorous review processes and adherence to coding standards.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalability considerations in software solutions.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across multiple integrated systems.
