- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development workflows and team productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software engineering teams through complex project deliveries.
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.
- Familiarity with risk management and compliance frameworks within software development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
