You will help organisations strengthen their security posture, manage cyber risk, and deliver security transformation initiatives.\nWorking with senior client stakeholders, Accenture account teams, and technical specialists, you will oversee project delivery, provide strategic security advice, and support business growth through client relationship management and new opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient & Project Delivery\nLead cybersecurity projects and programmes from initiation through to delivery. \nBuild trusted relationships with clients, including senior leadership. \nConduct security assessments, workshops, and risk reviews. \nProvide practical recommendations to improve security resilience and compliance. \nSecurity Advisory & Technical Leadership\nAdvise clients across areas such as: Cyber Strategy; Governance, Risk & Compliance; OT Security; Security Operations; Identity & Access Management (IAM); Emerging Technologies and AI Security \nSupport the design and implementation of security improvements. \nDevelop security frameworks, policies, and governance approaches. \nBusiness Development\nIdentify opportunities within existing and new client accounts. \nSupport proposals, bids, and sales activities. \nContribute to the growth of Accenture's Resources Security practice. \nTeam Leadership\nManage, coach, and develop security consultants. \nShare knowledge and support capability development across the team. \nContribute to thought leadership and industry engagement activities. \nEssential Skills & Experience\nSignificant experience( 7 years +) in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or programme delivery. \nStrong understanding of cyber security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CAF, and NIS. \nExperience managing senior stakeholders and complex projects. \nKnowledge of one or more security domains - OT Security, Security Operations, IAM, Cyber Strategy, or Risk Management. \nExperience contributing to business development and account growth. \nExcellent communication and leadership skills. \nDesirable\nCISSP, CISM, GICSP, CRISC, or similar certifications. \nExperience within Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Critical National Infrastructure sectors. \nUnderstanding of AI-related security risks and emerging technologies. \nWhat’s in it for you:\nAt Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes up to 30 days’ vacation per year, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice!\nFlexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there may be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery of the first-class services we are known for.\nAccenture reserves the right to close the role prior to this date should a suitable applicant be found.\n#LI-EU #LI-MP\nAbout Accenture\nAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services-creating tangible value at speed and scale.
