This role combines hands-on physical hardware deployment with IT systems administration and infrastructure maintenance.\nKey Responsibilities\nHardware & Infrastructure Management:Perform physical racking, stacking, server deployment, and de-installation.\nInstall, test, and troubleshoot structured network cabling, fiber optics, and patch panels.\n\n Power & Cooling (Facilities) Operations:Monitor and maintain critical power systems including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), generators, switchgear, and power distribution units (PDUs).\nOversee HVAC equipment, Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAH/CRAC), chillers, and temperature/humidity controls.\nConduct daily facility inspections and log equipment readings via a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).\n\nSystems Administration & Network Support:Support and troubleshoot Linux and Windows server operating systems, virtualization platforms, and backups.\nRespond to, resolve, and update internal trouble tickets and customer installation requests.\n\nCompliance, Safety & Vendor Management:Enforce data center security protocols, disaster recovery plans, and safety guidelines.\nSupervise third-party vendors and contractors during facility maintenance or equipment upgrades.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).\n Technical Skills:Proficiency in server hardware troubleshooting, OS administration (Linux/Windows), and networking fundamentals.\nUnderstanding of data center electrical and mechanical topologies (UPS, generators, cooling).\nExperience with network cabling standards and remote hands support.\n\nAbout Accenture\nAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services-creating tangible value at speed and scale.
