POSITION TITLE: Mandarin Procure to Pay Ops Senior Analyst

OVERALL PURPOSE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable operations.

Monitor delivery against SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics.

Prepare operational reports and dashboards.

Serve as the primary escalation point for process issues.

Conduct coaching, development, and performance guidance for team members.

Participate in client governance meetings and operational reviews.

Drive issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
