Invoice Processor may be required to process one or all of these types of invoices (with PO, without PO)\nRespond to vendor inquiries.\nEnsures that all invoices assigned are properly accounted for at the end of each business day.\nHas working knowledge of both scanning and Accounts Payable application.\nPayments Processing:\nProcessing of payments transactions.\n? Analyze vendor statements\nManage Payment Posting Process including verifying error and perform resolution; Act as liaison to the client.\nResponsible for the following tasks related to payments:\n- Act as main contact with the Bank regarding payments queries\n- Process T&E-related payment\n- Process cheque payment\nTravel and Expense Processing:\nManage travel and entertainment processes including:\no Processing and validating approval of T&E reports,\no Processing, reviewing and releasing for payment/rejecting electronic expense reports\nMonitor and follow up on lost/missing receipts\nOTHERS:\nProject Shift Schedule: Morning Shift\nProject Rest Day: Weekends Off\nProject/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:\nStandard PTP profile\nAt least 6 months of relevant experience in at least 1 of the following sub-processes:\n1. Creation of Purchase Order\n2. Invoice Processing\n3.
