POSITION TITLE: Business Transformation Senior Manager

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transformation Strategy & Execution?

• Lead end-to-end insurance transformation programs, from assessment and business case development through implementation and value realization.?
• Design future-state operating models for insurance operations across Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Billing, and Customer Service.?
• Drive process optimization, automation, and AI-led transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and business outcomes.?
• Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with client strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, and growth objectives.?
• Identify and deliver productivity, quality, and customer experience improvements across insurance operations.?

Insurance Domain Leadership?

• Provide subject matter expertise on insurance processes, operating models, and industry best practices.?
• Lead business process redesign initiatives across Claims Management, Underwriting Operations, Policy Administration, New Business & Onboarding, Customer Service, Broker and Agent Support, and Compliance and Risk Operations.?
• Support insurance-specific transformation opportunities, business cases, and solution development

Digital, Data & AI Transformation?

• Lead adoption of AI, Generative AI, analytics, automation, and workflow technologies within insurance operations.?
• Drive implementation of intelligent claims processing, underwriting automation, knowledge management, and customer engagement solutions.?
• Partner with technology teams to enable digital modernization initiatives across insurance platforms and ecosystems.?
• Leverage data and analytics to drive business insights, productivity improvements, and operational decision-making.?

Client & Stakeholder Management?

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams.?
• Present transformation strategies, business cases, and outcomes to client and Accenture leadership.?
• Manage relationships across business, operations, technology, and transformation stakeholders.?
• Support growth initiatives including opportunity identification, solutioning, and proposal development.?

Financial & Program Governance?

• Establish governance frameworks, transformation offices, and value-tracking mechanisms.?
• Manage program budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.?
• Ensure delivery of committed business outcomes and transformation benefits.?
• Drive disciplined execution across multiple workstreams and geographies.?

Team Leadership & Capability Building?

• Lead and mentor high-performing transformation teams across locations.?
• Build insurance transformation capabilities and develop future leaders.?
• Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.?
• Support hiring, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.?

Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift

Project Rest Day: Weekends Off

Project/Team Location: Cubao, Cyberpark Tower 3 and AlabangSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 10-12 years overall experience
• With general insurance experience in any industry
• Insurance experience not necessarily doing BT work
• Relevant experience in AI or RPA
• Black Belt trained or certified
• College graduates
• 8 years leadership experience but open to resources who have been ICs in their previous role/company
• Open to all industries in ASEAN and local market
