In this role you will design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure, drive CI/CD automation, and embed GitOps practices that let product teams ship with confidence. You will work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams - translating complex technical solutions into measurable business outcomes while raising the DevOps bar across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nInfrastructure & Cloud\nDesign, develop, and manage cloud infrastructure using an IaC tool such as Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.\n\nAdminister and harden Linux servers for DevOps and application workloads, ensuring security and operational stability.\n\nManage containerized workloads with Kubernetes and Docker, including cluster configuration, scaling, and lifecycle management.\n\nCI/CD & Automation\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using one or more tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.\n\nImplement GitOps workflows using a tool such as FluxCD with Helm charts to enable automated, declarative delivery.\n\nDevelop automation scripts in Bash and/or Python to drive operational efficiency and environment management.\n\nObservability & Reliability\nOperate and optimize a monitoring and observability stack - such as Grafana/Prometheus, ELK/OpenSearch, Dynatrace, or Datadog.\n\nImplement and support robust logging, alerting, and incident response strategies.\n\nCollaboration & Leadership\nCollaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and other internal teams to deliver reliable, scalable services.\n\nCommunicate clearly with internal stakeholders and customers, translating technical solutions into business value.\n\nLead or contribute to technical decision-making, best practice definition, and DevOps knowledge sharing within the team.\n\nMust Have\nExperience\n2-7 years of professional experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering role.\n\nProfessional-level hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP (deep expertise in one is required).\n\nInfrastructure as Code\nProficiency in at least one IaC tool: Terraform (preferred), Bicep, or CloudFormation.\n\nStrong grasp of IaC best practices: state management, module design, drift detection, and GitOps workflows.\n\nCI/CD & GitOps\nHands-on experience with at least one CI/CD platform: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.\n\nExperience with GitOps tooling - FluxCD preferred - using Helm charts for declarative delivery.\n\nFamiliarity with version control systems: Git or Azure DevOps Git.\n\nPlatform & Systems\nStrong Linux system administration and troubleshooting experience.\n\nSkilled in scripting and automation using Bash and/or Python.\n\nExperience managing containerized workloads on Kubernetes and/or Docker.\n\nObservability\nSolid knowledge of at least one monitoring/logging stack: Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, OpenSearch, Dynatrace, or Datadog.\n\nStrong understanding of DevOps best practices including security, reliability, and scalability.\n\nCommunication\nGood communication skills in Japanese and Vietnamese; English is an advantage\n\nProven ability to document, present, and advocate technical decisions clearly.\n\nWhat Seniority Means in This Role\nWe are not just looking for someone who can execute tasks - we expect a Senior DevOps Engineer to operate with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and technical leadership.
