Join us to make a meaningful impact and grow your expertise in an encouraging and supportive setting.\nKey responsibilities: \nEngage business users to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.\nCollaborate with the Project Lead and stakeholders to design solutions for business initiatives, including Web, Mobile, IoT, and other digital platforms.\nTranslate approved business requirements and solution designs into functional specifications, process flows, and testing requirements.\nSupport the Project Lead in preparing project plans, timelines, resource estimates, and Statements of Work (SOW).\nObserve, review, and analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.\nCoordinate with business users, development teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.\nEnsure delivered solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and project objectives.\nWork closely with client IT teams on vulnerability management, security compliance, and related remediation activities.\nCollaborate with client IT teams to execute project implementation activities in accordance with established standards, governance, and procedures.\nManage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting project deadlines.\nDemonstrate a proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and driving actions to closure.\nPerform other ad hoc duties and project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Lead or direct supervisor.\nPreferred Knowledge and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field\n3 years of related working experience in technology industry, preferably in consultancy environment\nPrior experience in a sizeable digital transformation project\nSolid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology\nBasic understanding of mass public transportation operations and related business processes.\nFundamental knowledge of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Alibaba Cloud.\nExperience in requirements management, process modeling, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder management.\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nGood command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.\nAbout Accenture\nAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services-creating tangible value at speed and scale.
