You will analyze increasingly complex business challenges, collaborate with internal teams, and interact with clients and Accenture leadership as needed.\nYou will work with a good level of autonomy, taking ownership of your day-to-day responsibilities and contributing to decisions that may impact broader team activities. Depending on the assignment, you may also coordinate small workstreams or project teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development and execution of marketing strategies and digital initiatives.\nAnalyze business and marketing challenges and identify actionable solutions.\nCoordinate and support digital projects, ensuring effective execution and collaboration across teams.\nWork closely with peers, stakeholders, clients, and Accenture management.\nManage day-to-day responsibilities independently while adapting to new assignments and priorities.\nContribute to or oversee small workstreams and team efforts.\nRequirements\n3+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or related roles.\nHands-on experience developing, supporting, or executing marketing strategies and digital initiatives.\nExperience in Digital Project Management, including coordination of activities, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business challenges and translate insights into actionable recommendations.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and clients.\nAbility to work independently with limited supervision, taking ownership of assigned activities and deliverables.\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or above, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.\nPrevious experience coordinating small projects, workstreams, or teams is considered a plus.\nAvailability to work in San José and flexibility to work rotational shifts when required.\nAbout Accenture\nAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services-creating tangible value at speed and scale.
