Visit us at accenture.com.\nRole summary\nLeads technical execution for assigned workstreams while contributing directly to design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and release activities. The role coordinates engineers and testers, resolves complex delivery issues, and raises the quality and consistency of engineering practices.\nKey responsibilities\nLead or coordinate technical workstreams, releases, defect resolution, and production stabilization activities.\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot applications and services as needed.\nTranslate business and product requirements into maintainable technical solutions and testable acceptance criteria.\nReview code, test cases, designs, pull requests, implementation plans, and technical documentation.\nCoordinate developers, testers, architects, product owners, operations teams, and external system owners.\nCoach team members and promote reusable engineering, quality, automation, and development practices.\nIdentify technical debt, recurring incidents, delivery risks, and opportunities for platform improvement.\nCore capabilities\nStrong hands-on software engineering and technical troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to independently handle complex assignments and make implementation decisions within established architecture.\nExperience with Agile delivery, technical estimation, sprint planning, releases, and production support.\nExperience across web applications, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and automated testing.\nAbility to review and improve the work of other engineers and testers\nQualifications\n2+ years of relevant hands-on software engineering experience is sufficient when the candidate can demonstrate technical leadership through work coordination, code/design reviews, mentoring, or ownership of complex delivery.
