Experience with project plan creation\na. Take end user information to create a very detailed scope and get sign off from the Operations team\nb. Create a detailed Excel project plan and DRIVE through status calls as well as individual status updates you make sure to stay on top of.\n2. Executive presence\na. Portray competence and confidence to the Operations / Client resources\nb. Be concise and clear in escalations and status reporting\n3.Comfort with ambiguity\na.Every project will have some level of new complexity that you will need to figure out in order to deliver the project\nb. Be prepared to dig into some areas to figure out how to do the standard\n4.A strong DRIVER personality - Drive status updates and to understand the intricacies of what is needed\n5. Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.\n6. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Assign resources to projects based off skill and mastery.\n7. Provide input into high level functional specifications.\n8. Participate in quality management reviews of the design and performance of work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.\n9. Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities.\n10. Serve as an intermediary with client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows and technology capabilities and limitations.\n11. Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source to target mapping.\n12. Other duties as assigned.This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.\nThis position is located in one of the following two cities (Montreal or Mississauga) and requires on-site presence 3 days per week.\nHere is what you need:\nBachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.\n\nMinimum of 8-14 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Non-Clinical Leader role\n\nExperience and at least one certification in one of Epic's non-clinical apps (EpicCare Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Cupid, Orders, Radiant, etc)\n\nExperience working with requirement gathering from Clinical leadership\n\nBilingual (English/French) - not required\n\nEnglish is required for this position, as the incumbent will be expected to interact regularly with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant volume of interaction with these stakeholders, which is inherent to this role, a reorganization of the company's operations to avoid this requirement is not feasible.\n\nBonus points if you have:\nExperience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic\n\nProgram or Project Management Experience\n\nExperience reporting accountability for projects/programs to executive leadership\n\nExperience in leading multiple teams through separate iterations of projects\n\nExperience with people management and adherence to business standards.\n\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,\nrole, skill set, and level of experience.
