You will advise clients on how to structure, design and govern the migration of equipment, asset and maintenance data in SAP.\nYou will work at the intersection of business, data and SAP, translating business requirements into migration design, data rules and quality controls. Your work will help clients establish reliable equipment data foundations that support asset management and maintenance processes in the target SAP environment.\nMatch to requirements matters. But so does being open-minded, growth-oriented, agile in connecting dots and able to see the bigger picture.\nTHE WORK:\nAdvise clients on equipment data migration strategy and readiness for SAP transformations, identifying data-quality risks, dependencies and key migration decisions.\nTranslate business and data requirements into migration object design, mapping logic, transformation, cleansing and validation rules for equipment, functional locations, serial numbers, installed base and related maintenance data.\nDesign the end-to-end migration approach, including object sequencing, reconciliation logic, quality criteria and foundational configuration in SAP Migration Cockpit or comparable migration solutions.\nFacilitate workshops with business, SAP functional and technical teams to align data ownership, resolve cross-object dependencies and agree migration and remediation decisions.\nGovern migration quality through testing, reconciliation and exception analysis, providing clear recommendations to support cutover readiness and successful migration outcomes.\n#LI-EU\nHERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification, preferably in engineering, information systems, data or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience in data management, data migration, SAP transformation projects, preferably in industrial or equipment-intensive environments.\nHands-on experience with SAP data migration, including understanding of SAP EAM / PM data structures such as equipment, functional locations, serial numbers, installed base and maintenance-related objects.\nAbility to translate business requirements into migration design and foundational configuration, including migration objects, mapping, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation and validation logic in SAP Migration Cockpit or a comparable solution.\nConsulting and advisory skills, including structured problem solving, workshop facilitation and clear communication with business, functional and technical stakeholders; excellent written and spoken English is required.\nBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:\nExperience with SAP transformation or rollout programs and managing dependencies between equipment data, maintenance orders, materials, stock and asset data.\nExperience with data governance, master data management, data-quality frameworks or migration controls.\nExperience defining migration testing, reconciliation and acceptance criteria and supporting business decisions on data remediation.\nExperience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, utilities, transportation or another asset-intensive industry.\nPractical exposure to AI-enabled productivity or data tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or GPT-based solutions.\nGerman or French language skills.\nWHAT WE OFFER?\nIndividual support of a People Lead and a specific path of professional development, as well as the possibility of a session with a Coach. \nA wide training package (soft, technical, and language training offer, access to the e-learning platforms, Gallup test, GenAI training, possibility of co-financing courses, and certification).\nEmployee Assistance Program - legal, financial, and psychological consultations.\nAccenture employees eligible for the Employee share purchase plan automatically become eligible for quarterly dividends if they own company shares. \nPaid employee referral program. \nPrivate medical care and life insurance. \nAccess to the WorkSmile benefits platform (possibility of using a wide range of products and services, including the Multisport card). \nWorking Conditions:\nEmployment contract (umowa o pracę) \nHeadquarter in Warsaw. \nTraveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change.
