Your design work is already smart and compelling, but you are as keen to learn as you are to contribute in the team.\nThe Work:\nThe specific details of an Experiential Design Associate Manager’s role do vary, but common activities include:\nWorking collaboratively with a team, from concepting, to design, through to production\n\nUnderstand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience\n\nCooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media\n\nExecuting a broad range of creative assets, such as:\n\nCreating architectural/CAD drawings and renders\n\nCreating Production packs to be handed to production partners as a guide for their final design output\n\nSource furniture rentals, furniture purchases, props etc\n\nWorking with graphic designers to create large format print files\n\nDigital assets (web banners, social media assets, etc.)\n\nTake work from concept to final execution within deadlines\n\nPresent completed ideas to team members\n\nStay on top of all trends and maintain best practices\n\nBrainstorming environmental design ideas with colleagues\n\nInteracting with internal marketing clients and other members of the team\n\nMaintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the client\n\nHere's what you need:\nA minimum of 5 years of relevant experiential / 3D design experience\nA minimum of 5 years experience SketchUp or similar 3D tools (AutoCAD, Cinema 4D, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint\nA minimum of 2 years experience with prompting AI models as they develop, such as: Claude, Gemini, Chat GPT Midjourney and Runway MLH\nBonus points if:\nHas an extensive understanding of fabrication best practices and a familiarity with the realities of production in the built environment and material limitations\nStrong understanding of how real and virtual space combine. With experience on how to combine environmental, graphic and content design to engage a varied and C-suite audience\nHas strong familiarity with best practices in designing branded environments, exhibit booths, exhibitions/public art, multimedia/interactive/immersive installations including but not limited to video mapping, AR/VR/XR, wayfinding systems, venue buildouts and augmenting existing venues with existing decor like restaurants.\nIs proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office\nStrong written and verbal and presentation skills\nConfidence to work independently and flexible to work in a group\nDemonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio\nIncorporate feedback and take/give direction well\nA positive attitude as multiple stakeholders weigh in on the work\nThe foresight to put themselves in the shoes of the user\nMeticulous attention to detail\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
