The selected candidate will work remotely as part of an existing team.\nHere's what you will do:\nDevelop and maintain Android applications and plugins for the Android Team Awareness Kit (ATAK) and related TAK ecosystem products, under the guidance of senior developers. \nAssist in integrating Cursor-on-Target (CoT) messaging, mapping overlays, and situational awareness features into mobile applications. \nWrite, test, and debug code supporting TAK Server API integrations. \nInteract with customers and end users to understand and help translate requirements into working software features. \nHave the ability to produce customer facing production code day one.\nHere's what you need:\n1-3 years of experience in:Native Android development in Java and/or Kotlin.\nCode source control such as GIT.\n\nExposure to ATAK plugin development or the broader TAK ecosystem (TAK Server, CoT messaging, WinTAK/iTAK).\nBonus points if you have:\nFamiliarity with SQL and NoSQL.\nFamiliarity with geospatial/mapping concepts and symbology standards (e.g., MIL-STD-2525).\nUse of static analysis, unit testing, and continuous integration.\nHandling more than 1 project concurrently.\nExperience working within AWS environments for development, testing, and integration.\nExperience working within a RHEL-based (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) development environment.\nExposure to Windows desktop application development (e.g., C#/.NET, WPF) outside of WinTAK. \nDevelopment with Python, Go, or other modern OOP languages.\nWorking in a Linux environment with an understanding of agile development. \nMobile/web application development and REST.\nAs required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia.
