Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and insights.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports and forecasts to support business planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on financial analysis techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Experience in financial reporting and budgeting processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures to improve financial accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present financial information to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial compliance standards and internal control procedures.
