Manager, you will:\nDrive measurable growth and delivery impact across our customer technology product engineering practice\nShape and scale client product and platform engineering capabilities (operating model, team topology, and delivery practices)\nBuild trusted senior client relationships and align stakeholders on clear outcomes, scope, and measures of success\nLead engineering across large digital and agile transformation programmes, improving predictability, quality, and delivery pace\nSet the web front-end technical direction, including architecture, engineering standards, and governance\nRaise the bar for web quality and reliability by championing testing, accessibility, performance (Core Web Vitals) and production observability\nIdentify, prototype and scale Generative AI use cases in products and delivery workflows, ensuring responsible adoption and measurable value\nGrow and retain high-performing teams through coaching, feedback, hiring support, and clear progression pathways\nCreate and evolve reusable assets (e.g., Next.js accelerators, design system patterns, and delivery playbooks) and represent the practice internally and externally\nPartner with Product, Design, Data and Engineering to deliver user-centred web products from discovery through to production\nJob Qualifications\nWe are looking for experience in the following:\nExperience in front end engineering\nExperience building with modern web frontend technologies and frameworks (React/Next.js).
