As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of backend development, including database management and API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ office.
