As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The position emphasizes adopting modern technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all within a cloud-first and agile environment. Daily activities include problem-solving, coding, testing, and refining applications to ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and scalability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong experience in both frontend and backend development technologies relevant to Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and agile development methodologies.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
