This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products is a key aspect of daily activities.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\n- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.\n- Responsible for team decisions.\n- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.\n- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.\n- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and product quality.\n- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.\n- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.\n- Uses AI tools to author IaC (Terraform, Helm), pipelines, and runbooks, and to accelerate incident triage applies review gates so generated config is never applied unvalidated.\nProfessional & Technical Skills:\n- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps.\n- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery.\n- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.\n- Ability to design scalable and resilient cloud architectures.\n- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.\n- Competence in scripting and automation to optimize operational workflows.\n- Knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Management, with experience across securities, trading, portfolio management, investment operations, and related financial services processes.\n- AI Technical Skills: Hands-on use of approved coding assistants (for example, GitHub Copilot) with context-rich prompting, generated-configuration review, and automated validation of infrastructure as code, pipelines, and scripts. Ability to deploy and operate AI-enabled services with versioned prompts and configurations, evaluation gates, secrets management, observability, rollback, and human approval for production changes. Integrate approved LLM APIs into controlled runbook and incident-triage workflows. Evaluate response quality, latency, cost, prompt-injection resistance, and sensitive-data handling. AI tech stack: Terraform, Helm, CI/CD platforms, Python/shell scripting, containers, Kubernetes, LLM APIs, and project-approved monitoring and evaluation tools.
