A pursuit strategist and Global Capability Center (GCC) domain expert who knows what it takes to win GCC deals. You have run complex sales cycles end-to-end and understand that winning large, competitive GCC deals requires more than great content. It requires the right strategy, the right team, and the right expertise engaged from day one. You bring credible, cross-deal intelligence to every pursuit, challenge thinking at the senior level, and know how to orchestrate diverse teams toward a common goal. You thrive in high-stakes, high-velocity environments and leave every pursuit better than you found it.
The Work:
As the Americas Lead for the GCC Sales Engine, you are a senior GCC pursuit specialist and trusted partner to deal leadership across the Americas market. You bring dedicated GCC expertise, cross-deal intelligence, and pursuit strategy and execution support to help teams show up and win. This is a senior role at the intersection of GCC domain expertise, sales strategy, and cross-functional orchestration. Key responsibilities will include:
- Triage and prioritize pursuit requests across the Americas market in line with pipeline priorities, deal complexity, and strategic importance
- Partner with deal leadership from qualification through submission and orals, actively shaping pursuit strategy, developing win themes, and ensuring right expertise and momentum from kick off
- Bring credible, cross-deal GCC expertise and competitive intelligence to pursuit teams, challenging thinking, elevating differentiation, and ensuring Accenture's GCC value proposition lands in every response
- Orchestrate the integrated pursuit team ensuring the right expertise is engaged at the right moment
- Drive overall response quality, leading the executive summary and the overarching narrative, reviewing contributor sections, and ensuring the response is coherent, differentiated, and client-centric
- Build and maintain reusable GCC sales assets, capturing cross-deal intelligence and latest thinking for the Americas market
- Contribute to win/loss analysis and systematically feed insights back into the shared asset library, building a smarter, more effective pursuit engine over time
Here's What You Need:
12+ years in GBS/GCC strategy, delivery, or business development OR adjacent experience in large deal pursuits, management consulting, or enterprise sales in a complex services environment.
4+ years of experience with GCC or GBS operating models, setup structures, and the evolving global services landscape.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points If You Have:
Direct experience supporting or winning large GBS/GCC pursuits (e.g. Strategy and Design, ABO/BOT, AI GCC, etc)
Experience shaping large opportunities within Americas G2000 clients
Track record of building cross-deal intelligence and reusable sales asset libraries
Professional Skills Requirements
Strong communication, executive presence, and relationship building skills.
Proven ability to challenge thinking and bring credible GCC expertise to senior pursuit teams.
Strong content development and proposal writing skills; able to produce high-quality pursuit materials independently and lead a team.
Ability to work across time zones and integrate rapidly into active, high-pressure pursuit teams.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
