  • Build, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team with clear accountability and a strong culture.

  • Deep understanding of the modern media landscape across strategy, planning, investment, activation, performance, data and measurement.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ownership of commercial and P&L outcomes, including revenue, margin, forecasting and negotiations.
  • A track record of identifying and converting opportunities to grow major client accounts.
  • Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and developing senior talent.
  • Strong strategic judgement and the ability to turn complex business challenges into a clear direction.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across client, agency and internal leadership groups.
