We support clients across Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, Aerospace, Automotive, High Tech, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, and Process Industries.\nPrincipal Responsibilities:\nDrive Engineering and R&D Transformation programs focused on innovation, digital enablement, and process modernization.\nSupport and deliver PLM Enablement initiatives across complex engineering environments.\nDevelop capabilities and assets in Product Lifecycle Management, Integrated BOM, Engineering Master Data Management, Digital Twin, and Digital Thread.\nWork closely with business and technology stakeholders to define future-state operating models and engineering processes.\nDesign and optimize product development processes including Product Design, Part Management, Bill of Materials, Engineering Change Management, Product Structures, Document Management, Product Testing, Prototyping, and Supplier Collaboration.\nContribute to functional solutioning, transformation roadmaps, and engineering process improvements.\nSupport proposal development, RFP responses, project estimations, and work breakdown activities.\nPartner with client leadership teams to enable digital transformation across Engineering and R&D organizations.\nContribute to practice growth through knowledge development, training, coaching, and innovation initiatives.\nPreferred Experience:\nFor Analyst +3 years of experience in Engineering Transformation, Product Development, Product Data Management, or PLM-related consulting engagements.\nFor Consultant +5 years of experience in Engineering Transformation, Product Development, Product Data Management, or PLM-related consulting engagements.\nExperience delivering mid-to-large-scale transformation programs involving multiple enterprise systems.\nHands-on experience in PLM, Engineering Excellence, Process Transformation, Functional Solutioning, Digital Transformation, or Data Governance initiatives.\nExperience with Product Lifecycle Management platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, PTC Windchill, ARAS, or SAP PLM.\nStrong understanding of Product Data Management, Engineering Data Management, and Digital Thread concepts.\nExperience working with multi-level and integrated Bills of Materials (BOM).\nKnowledge of Digital Twin, Engineering Orchestration, Product Compliance, and emerging PLM technologies.\nExposure to Engineering Master Data Management and Product Data governance frameworks.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.\nAdvanced English level.\nMBA or postgraduate studies are desirable.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work effectively within multicultural and global teams.\nAdditional Skills and Capabilities:\nUnderstanding of PLM integrations with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.\nKnowledge of cloud technologies including Azure and AWS.\nExperience in Product Data Migration, Data Cleansing, and Data Governance activities.\nUnderstanding of AI-enabled Engineering capabilities and Generative AI applications in Product Development and Engineering Transformation.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nAbility to rapidly learn new technologies and apply them in complex transformation environments.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.\nExcellent documentation and presentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and similar tools.\nLocation & Details:\nLocation: Mexico\nWork Model: Hybrid\nAbout Accenture\nAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services-creating tangible value at speed and scale.
