As a consulting manager working with SAP Capability team, you shall be responsible for the overall management of SAP solutions in the project. You will be expected to drive and oversee client workshops to understand their business requirements and develop as well as advice consultants in solutioning to achieve requirements. You will be working as a thought leader in driving client conversations, lead POV development, business development activities with an intent to grow the practice engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Initiate, plan, and execute PLM projects
• Ensure that PLM solutions are aligned with business needs
• Keep up-to-date on the latest PLM releases and developments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, mechanical , industrial or electrical engineering or Engineering.
• For Analyst 3+ years of experience in PLM implementation and support projects
• For Consultant 5+ years of experience in PLM implementation and support projects
• Experience in implementing SAP PLM or experience in implementing Team Center (Siemens) OR experience in implementing Windchill (PTC).
• Advanced English
• Availability to travel may be required.

Desired Skills:

• Certified Project Manager (PMP), Activate Project Management is a plus
• Experience with change management
