As part of our global team, you'll be working with cutting-edge technologies and will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of new skills on the job.\nThe Work\nAs a Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) Trainer at Accenture, you will deliver technical training to customers and technical teams working with Google Distributed Cloud in private, air-gapped and disconnected cloud environments.\nThis is a hands-on technical training role that combines cloud infrastructure expertise with instructor-led training and facilitation. You will play a key role in building technical capability, helping learners understand, deploy and operate distributed cloud solutions within complex enterprise environments.\nDeliver customer-facing instructor-led technical training on Google Distributed Cloud and associated cloud infrastructure technologies.\nPlan and facilitate technical workshops, practical demonstrations and hands-on labs to support effective learning.\nTranslate complex cloud architecture, infrastructure and operational concepts into clear, engaging and accessible technical training.\nDevelop, maintain and continuously improve technical training materials, learning plans and supporting documentation.\nTailor training delivery to different technical audiences, experience levels and customer requirements.\nSupport technical learning activities relating to private cloud, air-gapped and disconnected infrastructure environments.\nCollaborate with internal teams, management and client stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver effective learning solutions.\nProvide technical guidance and respond to learner questions during training sessions, workshops and practical exercises.\nIdentify and resolve moderately complex training and technical challenges, adapting existing approaches where required.\nWork independently to manage training activities, coordinate delivery schedules and support small workstreams or teams where appropriate.\nMaintain current knowledge of Google Cloud technologies, Google Distributed Cloud capabilities and relevant technical training practices.\nHere's What You'll Need\nEssential\nProven experience delivering instructor-led technical training to customers, technical professionals or enterprise teams.\nStrong knowledge of Google Distributed Cloud, Google Cloud technologies or comparable private cloud infrastructure solutions.\nExperience working with or delivering technical training for private, air-gapped or disconnected cloud environments.\nSolid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including compute, storage, networking, security and cloud architecture.\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.\nHands-on experience designing and delivering technical workshops, demonstrations and practical learning exercises.\nExperience developing technical training materials, learning plans, presentations and supporting documentation.\nExcellent presentation, facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, management and clients.\nAbility to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt training approaches to address learner needs and delivery challenges.\nStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nAbility to work autonomously and self-sufficiently while contributing effectively within a wider technical team.\nHighly Desirable\nHands-on experience deploying, configuring or operating Google Distributed Cloud environments.\nExperience delivering training specifically focused on Google Distributed Cloud or Google Cloud infrastructure technologies.\nGoogle Cloud Authorised Trainer (GCAT) status, or experience working towards accreditation through the Google Cloud training programme.\nExperience delivering technical training in highly secure, restricted or offline infrastructure environments.\nPractical experience with containerisation, Kubernetes and associated cloud-native infrastructure technologies.\nRelevant Google Cloud certifications or equivalent cloud infrastructure qualifications.\nExperience developing structured technical learning programmes, including practical lab environments and learner assessments.\nExperience delivering technical enablement programmes for enterprise customers or large-scale technology transformation initiatives.\nPlease advise if you have any particular requirements, so we can look into arranging reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process.
