From day one, you will be exposed to senior stakeholders, intellectually demanding work, and opportunities to grow rapidly through experience and mentorship.\nWORK YOU’LL DO\n As a Power Platform Automation Engineer (Analyst), you will support the design and implementation of automation solutions that transform and streamline business processes across industries, working alongside senior engineers and consultants who will coach you on real client projects.\nMain Responsibilities:\n\nSupport the team as a bridge between business and technology, helping translate business needs into functional solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.\nBuild and maintain automated workflows and applications with Power Automate and Power Apps, following team standards and best practices.\nContribute to AI-powered automations, such as Copilot Studio agents, agent flows and AI Builder document processing, under the guidance of senior team members.\nWork with Dataverse, standard and custom connectors, and APIs as needed.\nParticipate in process walkthroughs and workshops, documenting as-is / to-be processes and requirements.\nProduce clear documentation for solutions, including design specifications, process flows, and user manuals.\nTroubleshoot and support existing automations, including RPA bots affected by application or UI changes.\nParticipate in testing cycles (unit testing, pre-UAT, UAT) and provide support during deployment and hypercare.\nFollow ALM practices (solutions, environments, deployment pipelines) and structured change management for updates and enhancements.\nWho We’re Looking For We are looking for a motivated Automation Engineer at the start of their career who wants to grow across the full spectrum of Business Analysis and Development, specializing in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) and the new generation of AI-powered automation with Copilot Studio. You will join an experienced delivery team, working with business stakeholders to capture requirements and turning them into robust, scalable low-code solutions, with the coaching you need to grow fast.\nKey Qualifications:\n\nAround 1 year of hands-on experience (including internships or academic/personal projects) with Microsoft Power Platform, mainly Power Automate cloud flows and Power Apps (canvas or model-driven).\nBasic understanding of the automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and support.\nFamiliarity with Dataverse, SharePoint lists, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Excel, Teams).\nWorking knowledge of Power Fx expressions and basic logic; exposure to REST APIs, JSON or SQL is a plus.\nCuriosity about Generative AI and AI agents, and willingness to learn how to build them with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.\nInterest in acting as both Business Analyst and Developer, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.\nGood communication skills and the confidence to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities, with attention to Greek and English, written and spoken.\n Nice to Have:\nExposure to RPA, such as Power Automate Desktop (desktop flows), UiPath or Blue Prism.\nFirst experience with Copilot Studio agents, AI Builder or prompt-based actions.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot in Power Platform, GitHub Copilot).\nMicrosoft certifications such as PL-900 or PL-200, or interest in obtaining
