From day one, you will be exposed to senior stakeholders, intellectually demanding work, and opportunities to grow rapidly through experience and mentorship.\nWORK YOU’LL DO\n As a Power Platform Automation Engineer (Consultant), you will design and deliver automation and AI agent solutions that transform and streamline business processes across industries, owning workstreams from discovery to hypercare and helping junior team members grow.\nMain Responsibilities:\n\nAct as the bridge between business and technology, leading discovery workshops and translating business needs into functional and technical designs.\nDesign, build, and maintain automated workflows and applications with Power Automate and Power Apps (canvas, model-driven and code apps).\nDesign and implement AI agents with Copilot Studio, combining agent flows, connectors, MCP tools and human-in-the-loop approvals.\nDevelop custom components using Dataverse, custom connectors, APIs, and Azure services as needed.\nOwn a workstream or small set of automations: estimation, planning, status reporting, and quality of delivery.\nDefine and apply ALM, environment and governance standards, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant and supportable.\nProduce clear documentation, including BRDs, solution design documents, process flows, and user manuals.\nTroubleshoot and optimize existing automations, including RPA resilience against application and UI changes.\nLead testing cycles (pre-UAT, UAT) and support deployment and hypercare.\nCoach and review the work of Analysts, contributing to team standards, reusable components and knowledge sharing.\nWho We’re Looking For We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer who will cover the full spectrum of Business Analysis and Development, specializing in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) and agentic automation with Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate has already delivered solutions end-to-end, can lead conversations with business stakeholders, and turns requirements into robust, scalable and well-governed solutions that combine low-code, pro-code and AI agents.\nKey Qualifications:\n\n2-3 years of hands-on experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) is a must.\nProven ownership of the end-to-end automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.\nExperience building AI agents and AI-powered flows with Copilot Studio (topics, knowledge sources, actions/tools, agent flows) and AI Builder.\nSolid experience with Dataverse data modeling and security, custom connectors, and REST API integrations.\nHands-on experience with RPA, ideally Power Automate Desktop (desktop flows), with UiPath or Blue Prism considered a strong asset.\nWorking knowledge of ALM and governance: solutions, environment strategy, Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps/GitHub, Managed Environments, and DLP policies.\nIntegration experience across the Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management).\nAbility to function as both Business Analyst and Developer, running workshops, writing requirements (BRD / user stories), and estimating effort.\nExcellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to analyze complex business processes, identify automation and with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting agents to tools and data.\nExposure to Azure AI services / Azure OpenAI and Responsible AI principles (human-in-the-loop, data protection, evaluation of agent outputs).\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery.\nMicrosoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 are a plus but are not
