You will work with multidisciplinary teams to help organizations design, govern, and operate AI systems that are trustworthy, compliant, and fit for deployment across regulated and high-stakes environments.\nWORK YOU’LL DO\n As part of the Global Center for AI & Data, you will support clients in building the governance structures, regulatory frameworks, and operational controls needed to deploy AI responsibly.\nAs a Responsible AI Specialist, you will work at the intersection of AI governance, regulatory compliance, and AI system lifecycle management, helping clients translate regulatory obligations into implementable controls and embed responsible AI practices across their AI programmes.\nYou will work across AI regulatory compliance, AI risk methodology, governance operating model design, regulatory obligation mapping, and AI literacy, supporting both the design of governance frameworks and their integration into live AI development and deployment processes.\nThere will never be a typical day, and you will continuously learn and grow while working on innovative Data & AI initiatives across industries.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMap client AI systems against AI regulatory requirements, including prohibited practice identification, high-risk classification, conformity assessment obligations, and Article 4 AI literacy requirements. \nDesign and implement AI governance operating models, including RACI structures, lifecycle gates, escalation pathways, and accountability frameworks tailored to the client’s organizational structure. \nConduct AI risk assessments using structured methodologies, covering technical, legal, ethical, and operational risk dimensions across ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI systems. \nSupport ISO/IEC 42001 readiness assessments and implementation planning, including gap analysis, controls design, and preparation for third-party certification. \nDevelop regulatory obligation registers and translate them into actionable compliance requirements mapped to AI system components, roles, and processes. \nConfigure and use AI governance platforms including IBM watsonx.governance, Credo AI, OneTrust, and ServiceNow to operationalize monitoring, audit trails, and compliance documentation. \nDesign and deliver AI literacy programmes addressing Article 4 obligations, including role-based training content, competency frameworks, and delivery mechanisms. \nSupport proposal development, client workshops, and governance design sessions as a technical subject matter contributor. \n Who We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Law, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage. \n3+ years of relevant experience in AI governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related area, with demonstrated hands-on exposure to AI system lifecycle practices and data or software engineering environments. \nWorking knowledge of the EU AI Act, including its classification framework, conformity assessment requirements, and obligations for providers and deployers. \nHands-on experience with one or more AI governance platforms: IBM watsonx.governance, Credo AI, OneTrust, ServiceNow, or SAS. \nUnderstanding of AI risk methodology applicable to ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI systems, including bias assessment, transparency requirements, and human oversight controls. \nExperience with agentic AI, including context engineering, agent memory patterns, or multi-agent solutions. \nWorking knowledge of cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure) as they relate to AI system deployment and governance controls. \nProgramming skills in Python, with experience integrating APIs and processing structured and unstructured information. \nKnowledge of GDPR and its intersection with AI system obligations, including data minimization, purpose limitation, and automated decision-making requirements. \nStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational controls and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. \n CONSIDERED A PLUS\nExperience with enterprise metadata and catalog platforms such as Alation, Collibra, Microsoft Purview, or Informatica. \nFamiliarity with data modelling and data architecture principles, with exposure to cloud data platforms \nFamiliarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and its application to AI management system design and implementation. \nIAPP AIGP certification or active pursuit of it. \nISO/IEC 42001 familiarity. \nFamiliarity with DORA obligations as they apply to AI-driven financial systems. \nExperience with BPM tooling (Camunda) or workflow automation in compliance contexts. \nRelevant AI or cloud certifications, including Azure AI Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or
