While experience with Epic modules is preferred, candidates with strong configuration experience in other EMR systems such as Cerner, Allscripts, MEDITECH, or similar platforms are also encouraged to apply.\nYour day-to-day responsibilities will include workflow analysis, system configuration, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and driving enhancements to optimize operational efficiency and patient care outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned EMR modules, ensuring accurate configuration, maintenance, and optimization.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, technical, integration, and business) to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.\nParticipate in build, testing, and validation activities, ensuring system integrity, compliance, and performance.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, interfaces, and integrations in a timely and structured manner.\nDocument configuration changes, workflows, and knowledge articles to support operational excellence and knowledge transfer.\nProvide mentoring and training to junior analysts and contribute to team capability building.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and solution design discussions.\nProfessional & Technical Skills:\nMust Have:\nHands-on configuration experience in at least one major EMR system (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, MEDITECH, or similar).\nStrong understanding of hospital workflows and clinical operations.\nProven ability to perform end-to-end configuration, troubleshooting, and testing with minimal supervision.\nExposure to working with integration/interfaces between EMR and external systems.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on enhancing user experience.\nPreferred (Epic):\nActive Epic certification in one or more of the following modules: Willow Inpatient, Ambulatory, Radiant, Cupid, OpTime, Professional Billing (PB), Orders, Beacon, Care Everywhere, EpicCare Link, ClinDoc / Stork, ASAP, Bugsy.\nInterfaces/Bridges Integration experience across Epic and third-party systems.\nExposure to multiple Epic modules beyond the primary certification.\nQualifications & Experience:\nExperience: Minimum 3 years of EMR system configuration and support experience.\n Education: 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required).\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with clinical and IT teams.\nExperience working in healthcare delivery or consulting environments is an added advantage.\nNote: While Epic certification and experience are preferred for this role, candidates with solid EMR configuration experience in other platforms will also be considered.\nAbout Accenture\nAccenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services-creating tangible value at speed and scale.
