What would you do?

• Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs

• • 6-12 months of experience in Human Resources Operations (HRO), with expertise in Workforce Data Administration (WFDA), Compensation Management, and Performance Management is a plus
• • Basic Knowledge on MS Office like Word, Excel, Outlook, Webmail and good command over English
• • The role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights, to ensure seamless data management
• • Maintain the hig
• Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization.
• This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions.
