You'll weigh the trade-offs, lead the design across a programme, and guide the team building it. It's a client-facing role that combines the credibility to make the technical calls with the judgement to keep them tied to what the business actually needs. Increasingly that means helping clients adopt AI securely. As AI expands the range of identities that need governing - including machine and non-human ones - the quality of the foundational architecture matters more, not less. You can reason about how to build a capability an organisation can actually adopt, not just deploy or maintain a single product such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping or Microsoft Entra ID.\nComfort across both the functional and technical sides of identity, and the stakeholder skill to lead a client conversation at the level of security and technology leadership.\nA solid grasp of software architecture, integration patterns, and application onboarding, and how they shape an identity design.\nEnough breadth in adjacent disciplines - cloud, enterprise integration, directory services - to design a solution that actually fits the client's technical context.\nAround 6+ years of relevant experience.\nFluent Swedish and English.\nBased in Stockholm, Göteborg or Malmö, on a hybrid pattern.\nComfortable working across sectors and adapting a design to each client's context.\nNice to have\nA relevant degree, ideally with a postgraduate qualification.\nSecurity or enterprise-architecture certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF).\nDesign depth across more than one identity platform, or on enterprise-scale estates with demanding integration needs.\nBreadth beyond IAM into the wider security or cloud-architecture picture.\nLocation & working\nStockholm, Göteborg or Malmö · Hybrid.\nWhat we offer\nA place to grow and learn, on work that carries real weight.
