Deciding who, and what, can reach which systems is some of the most consequential work in security: organisations that get it wrong don't just face a technical gap, they face a governance one. You'll work close to delivery, alongside the client teams who own the processes and systems you're helping to change, across organisations and sectors where the stakes are real. Regulation and the pace of AI adoption are raising the bar on what good identity looks like, and clients turn to us to help them meet it. We support our clients across the entire security journey, from strategy and advisory to implementation and managed security services, helping them navigate an increasingly complex threat landscape with confidence.\nWhat you'll do\nHelp clients work out how identity and access should function across their organisation, and shape designs that stand up in the real world.\nCreate and evolve the processes and architectures that help clients adopt modern concepts and technologies at the frontier of identity.\nSee those designs through into something clients can depend on, whether building greenfield or re-engineering legacy processes and systems into efficient, trustworthy identity capabilities.\nWork shoulder to shoulder with client teams, trusted to deliver and to explain the trade-offs along the way.\nContribute to assessments and roadmap conversations that help clients understand where they stand on identity and what it will take to get where they need to go.\nWhat we're looking for\nA feel for how identity and access should work - in IAM directly, or in closely adjacent transformation work - and the judgement to reason about it, not just operate a tool.\nStrength on either the functional or the technical side of identity: process and access design, or building on a platform such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping or Microsoft Entra ID, and the ambition to grow across both.\nAround 3+ years of experience in IAM or a closely related field.\nFluent Swedish and English.\nBased in Stockholm, Göteborg or Malmö, on a hybrid pattern.\nComfortable working across sectors and adapting to each client's context.\nMany strong people in this field didn't start in IAM.
