You will advise clients on redesigning core industrial processes and translating business needs into practical SAP-enabled solutions.\nYou will work at the intersection of process transformation and technology, connecting materials management, production and order fulfillment. Your role will focus on future-state process design, SAP solution shaping and foundational functional configuration that enables integrated and scalable operations.\nMatch to requirements matters. But so does being open-minded, growth-oriented, agile in connecting dots and able to see the bigger picture.\nTHE WORK:\nAdvise clients on redesigning and harmonizing end-to-end industrial processes across materials management, production planning and execution, and sales and order fulfillment.\nAssess current processes, identify improvement opportunities and define future-state processes, business requirements and priorities using fit-to-standard principles.\nTranslate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA solution concepts and foundational configuration across SAP MM or PP or SD.\nFacilitate client workshops, structure business challenges and develop recommendations, process models, decision materials and transformation roadmaps.\nCollaborate across business and technology teams to manage dependencies in organizational structures, master data and integration with warehousing, quality, finance and manufacturing systems.\n#LI-EU\nHERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in engineering, supply chain, operations, business, information systems or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation or SAP-enabled projects in industrial or manufacturing environments.\nStrong understanding of end-to-end industrial processes across materials management, production planning and execution, and sales and order fulfillment, including the dependencies between them.\nHands-on SAP S/4HANA functional experience across MM or PP or SD, with the ability to translate business requirements into solution design and foundational configuration; expertise in at least one area is expected.\nConsulting and advisory skills, including structured problem solving, process redesign, requirements definition, workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication; excellent written and spoken English is required.\nBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA transformation, fit-to-standard assessment, process harmonization or global template design.\nExperience shaping target processes, implementation roadmaps or business cases for industrial transformation programs.\nExperience in industrial equipment, discrete or process manufacturing, or another asset-intensive industry.\nExposure to SAP Digital Manufacturing, PP/DS, MES or related advanced manufacturing and planning solutions.\nGerman or French language skills.\nWHAT WE OFFER?\nIndividual support of a People Lead and a specific path of professional development, as well as the possibility of a session with a Coach. \nA wide training package (soft, technical, and language training offer, access to the e-learning platforms, Gallup test, GenAI training, possibility of co-financing courses, and certification).\nEmployee Assistance Program - legal, financial, and psychological consultations.\nAccenture employees eligible for the Employee share purchase plan automatically become eligible for quarterly dividends if they own company shares. \nPaid employee referral program. \nPrivate medical care and life insurance. \nAccess to the WorkSmile benefits platform (possibility of using a wide range of products and services, including the Multisport card). \nWorking Conditions:\nEmployment contract (umowa o pracę) \nHeadquarter in Warsaw. \nTraveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change.
