Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Interact with clients and the Accenture Account team to understand pain points related to cloud cost optimization and assist them with potential cost optimization opportunities

Work with large datasets in Google Big Query and perform data analysis to identify meaningful spend trends and insights on optimization opportunities

Analyze cloud bills to identify cost optimization opportunities implemented and calculate corresponding savings.

Conduct extensive research & data analysis to identify & develop new tactics for cloud cost optimization

Drive adoption of recommendations by collaborating with client stakeholders and resolving their queries

Develop and maintain strong relationship with the client counterpart

Must have skills:

Knowledge of Cloud Cost Optimization, Cost & Usage Reports, and Pricing Models for at least one Cloud Provider

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI

Strong analytical skills

Good to have skills

FinOps Certified Practitioner Certification (or actively working towards it)

Experience with Power BI navigation and dashboard creation

Basic SQL querying skill
