In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and rapid resolution of incidents.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide L2/L3 infrastructure support across production, Dev/Test, and pre-production environments\n\nLead and support a team of infrastructure analysts and coordinators\n\nPerform incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution\n\nParticipate in CAB reviews, escalations, and major incident management\n\nCollaborate with client teams to design infrastructure solutions\n\nMonitor infrastructure performance and identify improvement opportunities\n\nSupport Windows administration and patching\n\nMaintain technical documentation\n\nEnsure adherence to ITIL-based processes\n\nSkills & Experience:\nStrong Windows Administration & Patching experience\n\nExpertise in VMware, Azure, and AWS\n\nKnowledge of Windows & Linux OS\n\nScripting skills (Terraform, Python, Bash, PowerShell)\n\nExperience with infrastructure monitoring tools\n\nPreferred Skills:\nITIL v4 certification\n\nManaged services experience\n\nAutomation and Infrastructure-as-Code exposure\n\nAbility to develop proofs of concept\nAdditional Requirements:\nSecurity Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance.\nThis requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.\nOn-call and Shift Expectations: Our positions are primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed.
