This role combines delivery oversight, people leadership and client engagement, with a strong emphasis on maintaining facilitation excellence and supporting strategic delivery planning.\ncontinuous improvement and learner experience\nThe Instructor Lead contributes to direct facilitation as needed and serves as a key liaison with both internal learning teams and client stakeholders. The role also involves providing insights and advisory input on best fit facilitation strategies based on audience needs, business context and learner feedback\nAbility to balance operational execution with forward looking delivery planning\nThe practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups.\nInstructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners.\nExperience using feedback and delivery data to inform coaching, performance\nWhat are we looking for?\nPrimary skill - Instructor-Led Training (ILT)\n• Minimum 12 to 15+ years of experience in adult learning delivery minimum of 10 to 12+ years of experience\nDemonstrated experience leading facilitator teams or managing delivery quality at scale\nProven ability to deliver learning to global and culturally diverse audiences\nSubject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas such as leadership, communication, onboarding, functional training or domain training\nStrategic communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities\nAnalytical approach to performance management\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nTeam Leadership and Quality Oversight\nLead a team of instructors, ensuring consistent adherence to delivery standards, audience engagement and program objectives\nConduct regular delivery observations, calibration sessions and feedback reviews to drive team alignment and performance\nIdentify skill gaps and support capability building plans for instructors through coaching, mentoring and targeted development\nChampion best practices in facilitation and promote learner centric, inclusive delivery approaches\nClient Liaison and Delivery Governance\nServe as the primary contact for delivery related matters with client stakeholders\nCollaborate on delivery planning, demand forecasting and resource allocation across regions and time zones\nParticipate in governance forums and business reviews, representing delivery metrics, risks and improvement opportunities\nProvide advisory input on facilitation formats, sequencing and delivery models based on audience profile and learning intent\nDelivery Contribution and Continuous Improvement\nDeliver sessions when required, particularly for high priority cohorts or pilots, to ensure continuity and model delivery excellence. Delivery will be a mandate for CL8 for more than 80 Percent of the time to stay updated and relevant.
