The person selected for this opportunity will facilitate instructor-led training courses, help create training resources, create exams, and certifications. The position will also evaluate existing training efforts to analyze the effectiveness and ROI to the business.\nAdditional responsibilities include:\nConduct training for new and experienced employees.\nPerform needs analysis and make training recommendations.\nEstablish a feedback loop between learning and leadership.\nCreate and schedule classes.\nEstablish and maintain an enthusiastic work environment and culture.\nCounsel and provide guidance to managers on employee professional development.\nBuild relationships with managers and employees.\nRecommend improvements and ways to streamline training sessions and methods.\nUtilize the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, register class participants, analyze training, and create training reports as needed.\nBasic Qualifications:\n2 years’ experience in talent development, training, or coaching\nMinimum of 1+ years’ experience working in the digital advertising or marketing sector.\nPreferred Skills:\nBachelor’s Degree \nExperience working with inbound or outbound sales teams.\nExperience in delivering effective sales training curricula.\nExperience using software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Kahoot and/or Mentimeter.\nProfessional Skills:\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills include annunciation of words on a phone and use of professional business language.\nInitiative-taking and has a strong work ethic.\nStrong time management skills\nAble to work independently.\nAble to translate conceptual thoughts to functional tasks.\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,\nrole, skill set, and level of experience.
