We measure our success by the 360° value we create for our clients, each other, our shareholders, partners, and communities.\nThe Instructor Senior Analyst will develop and own mechanisms to enable the sales and support teams within their designated region. This person is an experienced and talented enablement or sales leader who will drive impactful and cross-functional initiatives. They will operate as the single threaded owner of all Enablement programs in-region including onboarding new joiners, creating and delivering continuous training sessions and sales skill development modules.\nResponsibilities:\nIdentify skills and knowledge gaps, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to build targeted programs that increase efficiency, expertise, and overall impact for sales and support teams in the region. \nWork with subject matter experts to create effective and engaging training programs on products, tools and services available to sales reps. \nTrack the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring sales metrics, conducting post-training assessments, and making adjustments as needed. \nEnsure training sessions are aligned with the company’s overall sales process and strategies. \nManage sales enablement technology platforms, repositories and knowledge hubs to provide sales reps with easy access to necessary information and resources. \nDeliver comprehensive training programs for new hires to accelerate their integration into the sales team. \nCollaborate with regional sales leadership and global sales enablement teams to identify and address sales enablement needs, providing ongoing support and resources to the sales team. \nAssist in the creation and review of global eLearning courses, assessments and certifications. \nCreate and manage regional training calendars. \nResponsible for managing the New Joiner Orientation program-including coordinating pre-onboarding activities, delivery and certification, and supporting post-onboarding transitions in partnership with sales management.\nBasic Qualifications:\n2 years’ experience in talent development, training, or coaching\nMinimum of 1+ years’ experience working in the digital advertising or marketing sector.\nPreferred Skills:\nBachelor’s Degree or College program \nExperience working with inbound or outbound sales teams.\nExperience in delivering effective sales training curricula.\nExperience using software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Kahoot and/or Mentimeter.\nProfessional Skills:\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills include annunciation of words on a phone and use of professional business language.\nInitiative-taking and has a strong work ethic.\nStrong time management skills\nAble to work independently.\nAble to translate conceptual thoughts to functional tasks.\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,\nrole, skill set, and level of experience.
